That’s somebody that cares about his customers. His work was impeccable, was priced very competitively (I had 3 offers) and completed on time. This was not a small job. It involved grading & curbing a 350 ft driveway and included a 30 feet apron with nice pavers. He oversaw it all and was checking in multiple times a day to ensure everything met (and exceeded) expectations. He also added palm trees and professional lighting. Our driveway looks stunning. I was expecting my yard to be serviced but it was postponed a week due to weather (this was communicated to me). No prob. The next week came around, yard not serviced. It had rained again that week & I didn't think much of it. 2 weeks later, yard still not serviced. I emailed Tammy & she tells me she cancelled my service due to a realtor friend of hers telling her my house got a contract on it. (I'm still living in the house at the time & need the yard looking nice before new homeowners move in). It's crazy that she didn't reach out & before abruptly cancelling services without telling a customer. Would not recommend this company at all."
