"Teon is very reliable and leaves the yard looking perfect. In addition to the usual mowing, he trims the scrubs, cleans out the beds and keeps up with the leaves. His next project is delivering and installing pine straw."

"Daniel showed up on time for an estimate on initial yard cleanup and maintenance and I was pleased with the quote and he started the same day. We live on an acre lot and our yard looked great when he finished, we have a lot of limbs that fall and he cleaned everything up and all left over leaves from the fall. He even quoted us a very reasonable price to cut up and remove a tree that fell in our back yard and we hired him for bi-weekly maintenance. I highly recommend this business to tree work or lawn care."

Small jobs welcome

Offers commercial services

"I highly recommend Carolina Land and Debris! They did an outstanding job removing leaves from my property. They took a considerable amount of time, never cut corners and honored the estimate they originally gave me. They had to work around bad weather and were professional and thorough from start to finish. When they were done, my yard looked better than it has in years."

"It is really hard to get a small job done. M&A was wonderful. I only needed 2 yards of soil. The workers they sent were very efficient and very easy to work with. I am very happy with the job."

Leaf Removal questions, answered by experts

The safest way to remove lead-based paint is by letting a professional take over. For most people, lead paint removal costs an average of $3,400. You should never attempt to dry sand old lead-based paint surfaces by hand. Most professionals use a paint stripper to do the job followed by wet scraping, but if you don’t want to remove lead paint, another option is to paint over it. Only consider this option if the old lead paint finish isn’t flaking or cracked.

By using PPE, sealing work areas, and following containment procedures.

The best disposal method for hazardous waste is recycling or donation, if possible. That way, the world can reduce its consumption of raw materials and the volume at which materials have to be treated and disposed of. If recycling or donation is not an option, most waste can be disposed of through landfills or incinerators, but their collection and treatment are separate from regular day-to-day waste disposal.

If lead is detected in a property, steps should include arranging for professional removal or containment, notifying all occupants, and implementing interim safety measures to reduce exposure.

No, you can’t place hazardous waste in a dumpster unless you specifically ordered a dumpster for hazardous waste removal. If the dumpster company finds hazardous waste that it didn’t approve for dumping, the company will return the waste to you, and you’ll likely face a fine for illegal dumping.
