"Project went very well and the team worked quickly. Everything that I wanted was accomplished. The only issue is a crack that has developed on the back patio. This is due to the existing patio being poured over and not cut out due to being monolithic with the house foundation. The difference is how the concrete was married together is the reason for the crack and not the fault of work. Reason for 4 star is some property was damaged by operator of a skid steer. Parts were paid for by contractor but operator could have been more careful to avoid the issue altogether. Highly recommend."

"Coastal Concrete was very responsive to all requests and replied quickly to requests for quotes and with the quote. They scheduled the work within two weeks and completed the tearout and new concrete driveway within 2 days once they started. The job was complicated by trees and roots and they adjusted the location of the the driveway and sidewalk to accommodate these. They filled in the ground adjacent to the driveway and left it ready for any landscaping, but did not do landscaping, as they told us up front. The price was on the high end but their work was excellent quality and all interactions with their people were very professional."

"They didn't end up doing the work. They were really high on what they wanted to do. Other people who looked at the porch said that it was not causing an issue with any water intrusion and that there doesn't seem to be any signs on the posts that this could have been recent, it could have been long ago. So no work was done. It was a front porch that had just the level concrete on one side was dipping just a little bit. I think they were going to pump it up from underneath or something like that to level it out. I would say that their response time and their professionalism of getting the quote to us on a timely manner was good. The quote was high and yet the work was not necessary according to other quotes. They should be honest to say when repairs are necessary and when they are not. The guy who showed up was nice and professional and was on time. There was a decent response time."

"They also removed the popcorn from the ceiling and re-mudded the walls and ceiling so that they look like new construction. He also did this in our powder room. Like Mr. and Mrs. Diaz, his crew was such a delight as well. They were so personable, friendly and caring.
Another thing that impressed me about them was their cleanliness and meticulousness. Every morning they laid drop cloths throughout the house where they might walk. And before they left every evening they vacuumed the entire area... WOW! I've never had a contractor do that before! They are such dedicated workers that they often worked 12 hour days because they needed to get to a stopping point.
