"They came out and did a good job. I wouldn't buy it again. It was fine. I don't remember there being a problem. We still had stuff in the backyard that we had to get rid of ourselves. It was just how the deal was."

"My family recently purchased some property with an older trailer and barn on it that needed some good washing. Then I was referred to little joe! Beyond expectations! Made the sides of the house look brand new! Great pricing, great customer service, and even better job."

"Prior to putting our house on the market we had quite a bit to get in order and needed help! Jason with Lucas Maintenance came out promptly and assured us he could handle all of our exterior cleaning needs. Sidewalk, driveway, back deck, hardy board siding, gutters, and shed were all brought back to like-new condition. Very pleased with the results!"

Small jobs welcome

"2 very nice guys came by after I found their ads online, Austin and Cody, I told them what I needed, they looked over my yard which looked terrible then gave me a price which I would say was fair we set up a time for them to start working, they kept in contact and always responded to any questions I had, also they let me know what was going on with them, I told Austin I appreciated them keeping me informed it gave me confidence about their commitment to show up and do the job they promised, they were easy to work with that made my life easier, they did a good job and I'm grateful to them, thanks guys, I do recommend them."

Holiday Decorating questions, answered by experts

Yes, tackling blown fuses and broken light bulbs is definitely safe. Fixing the wiring on a strand of Christmas lights isn’t a good idea, though, because of the danger of shock and fire. However, if you don’t feel comfortable working with any type of electricity, consider hiring a professional Christmas light installer to manage the job safely and efficiently.

Yes, you can try removing and replacing each individual light bulb one at a time until you find the problem bulb—just be prepared for it to take a while. The bulb tester is worth the investment if you don’t have a lot of extra time to spare or need to test several strands of lights.

There aren’t many alternative methods to hanging Christmas lights on fascia without using clips. But if you don’t have fascia clips to hang your Christmas lights, you can use clothespins in a pinch. To do this, hold the strand of lights in place and clip it in place with the clothespin. Using nails or staples is never a good idea, as they can damage your fascia.

Decorating a tree yourself will only take between one and two hours, but a professional designer may take more time to create their vision. When hiring a pro, assume the work will take a minimum of three to four hours.

Using a staple gun to hang Christmas lights on your roof or shingles is not recommended. Puncturing your roof with staples can cause damage, leading to cracks, leaks, and exposure to the elements. Staples are also less reliable than other methods like roof clips. For a safer alternative that won't damage your roof, use shingle tabs.
