Palmetto Enclosure replaced all but the foundation of our entire second story two level deck, all the rails and spindles to code, added a gate to match the rails, replaced/repaired the screened-in porch and door below, and braced up a portion of the foundation. We chose David and his team based on his understanding of what we needed, suggestions, and thoroughness at our first meeting, including examining the foundation of the deck (something the other contractors we talked to neglected altogether). Ken and his assistant were timely, professional and did a beautiful job. Jade was an added bonus, stopping by daily to make sure things were progressing the way they should and to see if we had any questions/concerns. "Worst experience I ever had with a contractor. Hired him November 13, 2024 to complete an enclosed sunroom on my back patio 15 x 27. He also wanted 62% of the money before doing anything. It took him 2 months to start the project. We have now exceeded 6 months and the project is still not complete with no end insight. He does not communicate, very unorganized and I?m sorry I hired him. I do not believe he has any intention of finishing. He has offered no apologies but has completed several of his other projects while mine sits unfinished. Good luck if you hire this company. Very disappointed after he gave me his word he could do it."
