I respect a chimney sweep who takes pride in his work and offers a fair and decent price. I did not enlist Blume's help back in August, to make the repairs, simply because I had other items on my list to prioritize. But I look forward to working with Blume in the future

Technician made some decent recommendations and pointed out a few issues with the system. He pulled a bunch of lint out of our dryer vent so I'm looking forward to a more efficient dryer as well. "It went great. Cory came out to see what needed to be done, climbed up on the chimney and thoroughly inspected it to give me an accurate quote. The chimney was leaking, and it turned out that the rain pan on the main chimney had been damaged by the hail storm that damaged the roof. Cory's quote was reasonable, and his company could also clean and inspect the chimneys and reinstall the stone veneer that had to be removed to flash the chimney when the new roof was installed.
<br /> Cory showed me pictures of shrouds that could be added to the top of the chimney, giving it a great look and protecting the rain pan and stove pipes that come up through, so we chose a simple barrel style.
