"The technicians are amazing at Ethical Plumbing. My mother passed away and the next week I found a water leak in her basement. "As much as I remember all items were repaired/fixed within minutes. I was initially given several options of how things could be fixed,one option regarding the toilet being extremely costly, I went with the least expensive, which was still pricey. The repairman was very thorough and professional. I have no problems with his work, However, Ben Franklin is extremely expensive and they always seem to have many solutions, at least one which will be more costly than the others.

"I had a water heater emergency on a Saturday, and my four girls were frantic with no hot water. I called several plumbers who were not able to come out on the weekend or wanted way too much money. When I called Steve at All about Plumbing, he was very nice and was able to come out the sameday. He did not charge an estimate fee, gave me an estimate to fix the problem. He installed a new heater that night and we were back in business and ready for Sunday morning showers before church. He promised to be there at a certain time and was. He was professional. I would recommend to my friends and family."
