I started this company solely as a part-time Power-Washing outfit almost 17 years ago. But my passion for creativity, skill set and experience being involved with the trades during my life long career in facility and grounds maintenance and eventually Managing Facilities for a leading aerospace Manufacturer in Ct. and later in my career a large Tech Company. I started FlagShip-PPP full time to purse my passions creating one of kind pieces, projects or rooms. Always keeping my core services, Power-Washing, Painting and Carpentry at the forefront. Owner/Operator A.J. Rodgers brings 25 years of trade experience, Maintenance and Facilities care with unmatched customer service experience, coupled with his passion and drive for perfection to offer you the best service possible at a reasonable rate.

AJ was consistently professional, helpful, and delivered on time and on budget.
We used him for not only painting the exterior of our large ranch, but also replacement of all internal doors and the demolition and reconstruction of the framing for our large (1200 sqft) deck.

AJ was wonderful to work with. Friendly, responded very timely, and we hired him to power wash our house just purchased which I think was not cleaned in 10 hrs. I could not be more pleased with his work. The home looks brand new, even our neighbors commented how wonderful it looks. We highly recommend his services and we also had him clean our stamp concrete patio which also looks spectacular. Will definitely be a repeat customer.
