"I put in a request for carpet repair in the late afternoon and Mike called within two hours. He came out and looked at the repair and we decided that it would be best to replace the carpet instead since it was 20 years old. He brought carpet samples TO ME (I didn’t have to go to any store). The carpet came in within 5 days of my order and was installed by the 10th day. He was ready to install on the sixth day but we had we had a tropical storm and had to wait for it to blow through. I am extremely happy with Mike of Floor Decor and More. The installers were top notch. They were in and out in no time and did a beautiful job.
