Joe came out, on time, and was very helpful and professional. He gave us the best price from among 3 bids, saving us hundreds. The installers were punctual and went above and beyond, even cleaning up beautifully at the end. Will definitely use them next time I replace flooring.

We were extremely pleased with the entire process of selection, pricing and workmanship for our newly purchased vacation home. This was a product we had not used and needed guidance on types, colors, durability etc. Joe and his son were very knowledgeable and allowed us time to make an informed decision. They did a beautiful job with installation and were very accommodating with our schedule since we were from another state. Our place looks beautiful and we would highly recommend this business.

I can’t say enough about this company. They were on time and very personable. Fantastic job. They know what they are doing. Have been installing for 20+ years. Didn’t take long at all, about 5 hours. We had called 3 other company’s for an estimate and Joe was the best and very comparable. Had quote within a day and we went to his business and he helped us with picking the floor we explained we wanted. We’ll be using them again when we replace our other rooms in our condo. Joe came to our house on a Monday and did the measuring. He got back to us the same day with a quote. The following Monday, three men came to do the work and were finished in about six hours. They moved all the furniture, removed the old carpeting and padding and installed the new carpeting and padding. They were very courteous and careful with everything and we are so happy with our new carpeting. I loved the way everything went so smoothly. I would recommend Carpet King to anyone.

Very well, but the store was tardy to deliver the pad. Installers were timely, but had to wait for the pad. Very good price on the carpet which was low end (for a rental unit).

Everything was perfect from start to finish! Joe is SUCH a pleasure to work with. Can't say enough good things about them!

The carpet removal and hardwood installation took about 10-14 days to complete. It was a large job. The lead installer was very accomplished and was  patient with his helper who was just learning the job. The installation went very well and the end result met all of my expectations. When the job was complete a thorough clean-up was done.

Product was delivered on time and the installation was finished in 2 working days. Installers were polite and very considerate of the walls and furniture. They took pride in their work and I would use them again.

The carpet took about two weeks to order. The date of installation would be during our cruise  however friends staying at our home offered to oversee the installation. It took 3 days for the crew to take out our furniture (included in price), remove old carpet and install new.  We had the entire second floor recarpeted and we have a lot of heavy furniture. We arrived home delighted to see the entire job completed. Our friends said that the crew of installers was extremely professional. They arrived on time and worked steadily until the job was done. I would recommend this company to other home owners in need of new carpeting.

Joe came and measured and gave us an estimate which we accepted. Our kitchen already had laminate down when we purchased the house 2 years ago and we were afraid that it couldn't be matched as the kitchen flows into the dining room. Joe was able to not only match it, he got the exact same flooring. The installers were excellent, moved the furniture and were very clean. They were able to "weave" the space between the dining room and kitchen and it is virtually unnoticeable. We are very pleased with the workmanship. If we ever need carpeting or flooring installed Carpet King and Flooring will be our go to flooring company. We would recommend Carpet King and flooring to all our friends. Just another thought, the installers came during the worst ice storm that the Grand Strand has seen in years!

The installers were friendly and professional, and they answered all questions knowledgeably. I would absolutely hire Carpet King again to put in more flooring -- attention to detail and personal service...plus a quick turn around time. Much better than working with Home Depot or Lowe's.

Just bought a second home in North Myrtle Beach area and needed to get quotes and set up a vendor before leaving to go back home.  The other firm was a well known reputable company lon serving the area.  It was difficult working with them and their pricing was quite high.  I had found Carpet King through Angies List and I gave them a try.  Joe was very helpful and accomodating.  Came out and measured and got back to me with a price and suggested samples based on choice made by my wife at a large home improvement store.  The quote was much more in line with what I had budgeted and I placed the order with Joe.  Joe was helpful in getting us to a local store at home that carried the same style carpet he proposed to use so my wife could see it and she got to see the sample of the laminate on line through his website.  Joe tried very hard to meet a short deadline for the install as we were coming back down in a few weeks for vacation.  It took a little longer than he anticipated but it got done right before we arrived.Only issues we had were the installation crew didnt properly finish off the cut ends of the molding over the laminate.  I spoke with Joe and he had another crew come right out and take care of it.  Long story short the wife loved the flooring its what she envisioned and when the wife is happy, I am.  Thanks Joe!

Arrived on time.  installed flooring, cleaned up the mess and were very  professional.  Joe koesis went out  of his way to help us choose our flooring.

Joe's crew removed all of our floor & replaced it w/luxury vinyl. Looks perfect-there was no mess left in the condo. They also removed the furniture. Great service.

In November 2012 , we bought a foreclosure that needed some cosmetic work  completed. I went to Home Depot and picked out carpet and hardwood laminate . I then hired a home contractor to complete all the internal work . He then told me that I had to be present constantly with Home Depot and since I lived in another state this would mean a lot of time off work , as well as away from my family . He then recommended Carpet King , so I called Joe from Carpet King. He came out the next morning to my home that we were re doing I told him I had picked out flooring already at the home depot and this was time consuming . He said ,he could match what I had picked out .in carpet and flooring. He did match it perfectly , both in quality, and he beat the price , too ! He and his staff were always on time and the quality of work and the attention to detail was impeccable ! I would recommend Joe to anyone and everyone !! I was so very happy !
