He mentioned it could be an intermittent issue, but rather than guessing or upselling me on unnecessary repairs, he was honest and transparent. That kind of integrity is rare and incredibly appreciated—especially in a specialized service industry. Tom, who was with EJ, handled the sales side but was equally knowledgeable. He patiently answered my (many) questions and explained what could be going on with the system. He also introduced me to their Comfort Club, which is genuinely a great value. Long story short, the previous homeowners had the power company put a Demand Restrictor on the unit which is limiting electricity to my AC and causing my sleepless nights.
