"I've worked on many projects with this company from commercial to residential. You share your ideas with the drafts person and they create a rough draft in a short amount of time. Once you move on to the revision process you get to revise your designs three times included in the price! After you approve your design they produce a full construction set which is what you need to go to permitting. They stand by their drafting and offer unlimited redline revisions. This is a wonderful and much needed service for design professionals and contractors for fast & reliable plans."

I did see a tiny bit of overspray in one spot on my vinyl siding even though they used heavy paper to shield. It was a bit windy. However, a Mr Clean Magic Eraser took it right off with one wipe."

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"My dad was recently diagnosed with a debilitating illness which cause him to require a wheelchair. Needless to say, a ramp was needed for the home. After exhausting hours of calling non profit organizations for assistance, which we thought would be an easy task, it proved futile as we were told the wait time was 3 months or more. I reached out to a friend for help and was referred to Patriots Contractors. After speaking with the owner, my dad and I breathed a sigh of relief. We thought he had listened to us and understood the urgency of our need. The following day the contractor arrived to give us a quote as he promised. The quote appeared to be reasonable compared to the ramp pieces I was contemplating purchasing online and then have someone assemble them. Two days later, the contractor arrived at the scheduled time with the supplies to build our ramp. He also brought all receipts and gave us copies. I was thinking that this job wouldâ ve taken about 2 days but it was completed within a day. I should say the majority of it. This contractor worked diligently and even answered any questions that my dad or I had. He wrapped up the day by cleaning up any mess and leaving our carport near, as he found it. He returned the next morning to complete the finishing touches and have us test it. My dad and I are both happy with the finished product and will refer Patriots to anyone who we know need help. Some of our neighbors have commented on how nice the ramp looks. Iâ ll finish by saying this ramp was built about a month ago but I waited to write this review because I wanted to see the condition of the ramp after some use. It still looks beautiful and is still intact. My dad is extremely grateful to the owner of Patriots Contractors who has help to improve his quality of life. Thank you for being so kind, professional, empathetic and getting the job done as promised."

"Chelsea and T have been involved in 2 past projects in our house (a technology nook build and a mantle/fireplace/hearth build). The work is clean and precise. So clean and precise that they are redoing the kitchen and pantry currently. Chelseas virtual mock ups and ideas really helped direct us in what WE wanted. The kitchen/pantry isnt completed yet, but they knocked the first two projects out of the park by making the design flow with the existing surroundings to be eye popping, but look original as well. Im sure the kitchen/pantry will have the same result. I trust them."
