"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

Having assisted in many roofs in my youth while in in college, I KNOW what a B**** flat roofs are to repair, Mr T. did an outstanding job in 2 days with his crew.  NOT only was it done right the first time, when we noted a minor problem a month later he was solving the problem in 2 days. 

Cleanup was better than how it was before the job.  NO one smoked and ALL where polite and civilized.
