"Life Savers!! We live in an older house with a very small bathroom. We had a home inspection recently and were altered to some major subfloor, sill and joist damage. We knew it was in rough shape but the inspector used terms like “100% moisture and “previous repairs poorly completed”. I called a few other contractors and remodel companies that started to throw around some huge numbers and timelines to make the repairs. The consensus from them was the tub would have to be removed before they could do any subfloor repairs. In a house with one shower that wasn’t really an option for us. I saw the reviews for the Crawlspace Medic and decided to give them a call. It was the best decision I could have made.
