"Uneven Floor Solutions is On the Level After I bought a 45-year-old ranch house, I noticed that some of the floors were not so flat. Some places stood out as high ridges and other places sloped down into valleys. The highs and lows were not so noticeable when the floors were covered in carpet, but once the carpet came off, they stood out more clearly. I decided that something must be done. I set up an appointment with Mr. Masle Gamez of Uneven Floor Solutions. He came to the house, evaluated the situation, and recommended a plan to fix my uneven floors. Talking with Mr. Gamez inspired my confidence that he knew what he was talking about and could deliver on his promises. I was pleasantly surprised when an early date was set for the crew to begin work. They showed up at the appointed time and promptly set to work in a businesslike manner. They had the proper protective safety gear and the specialized tools for this job. Partway through the job, Mr. Gamez led me on a guided tour through the crawl space, showed me the problems to be fixed, and pointed out the progress so far. When the job was almost complete, a specialized measuring device was used to help visualize the unevenness of the floors and control how much correction was needed to make them flat. At the end of the job, Mr. Gamez showed me pictures of the work done in the crawl space, which saved me from returning there to check the work. I am very satisfied with the work that was done. The recommended solutions addressed the real problems, and I feel I received great value for the money spent. "The representative who initially came to the house to explain BDry's procedure was very courteous and professional. I received a quote on the spot. I had two other companies come out (one company did not even bother to get back to me with an estimate). Each company had a different opinion of what needed to be done and BDry's procedure was the least invasive and made the most sense. "Life Savers!! We live in an older house with a very small bathroom. We had a home inspection recently and were altered to some major subfloor, sill and joist damage. We knew it was in rough shape but the inspector used terms like “100% moisture and “previous repairs poorly completed”. I called a few other contractors and remodel companies that started to throw around some huge numbers and timelines to make the repairs. The consensus from them was the tub would have to be removed before they could do any subfloor repairs. In a house with one shower that wasn’t really an option for us. I saw the reviews for the Crawlspace Medic and decided to give them a call. It was the best decision I could have made. Sharon, Paul and Stanley were great; they made the process very easy and efficient from the initial phone call to the installation. Paul came out to do the initial visit (11/14) and assured me he had seen much worse and his company had developed methods to do all the necessary repairs from underneath the house leaving the current bathroom intact. The quote arrived the same day and was extremely reasonable. They got us on the schedule right away (11/20) and on the day of the repairs Nick and his crew arrived on time and were very professional. The job was scheduled for two days but they completed it in one and did a great job. We no longer have to worry about falling through the floor. They also provide a follow up inspection in 90 days and informed us of a couple other minor leaks that were noticed while completing the repairs. Crawlspace medic is a great company and I would 100% recommend them to anyone needing their services."

"It was okay. They did not charge anything additional. The guy came in because he was checking the foundation and once he left, I realized I had dirt throughout my house, everywhere he went. He had dirty boots that I didn't realize were dirty until he left. He went upstairs and everywhere he went, he tracked dirt throughout my house, so I wasn't very happy with that. They call me at least once a month because they gave me an estimate, so they call me about it. That is irritating. I would tell people to give them a chance and to make sure they take off their boots first. When she called the first time, I told her that we were thinking about it, so she asked if she could call back in about 3 weeks, and I said yes. When she called I said we had not yet made a decision and now they call once a month, and I haven't spoken with them, but she leaves a message. That is not a big deal, because I should have just told them not to call. My big problem is that he checked the foundation under the house and then came with mud into the house. We got another estimate that was like $6000 less. They were aggressive with responsiveness."
