"Decided on our granite on a Saturday and on Monday they were at our house measuring and demolishing our old countertops. A week later we had new countertops. The reason they don't receive an A and only a B on quality is their measurements were either off or the installers didn't line the granite up right but they basically trapped our stove in. We were updating our kitchen and when the new stove came in I couldn't get the old one out so they had to come back out and shave the edges down. Other issue was when they took our old sink out they didn't leave the garbage disposal connector so we had to buy a new one when the new sink came in."
