Did not use. Would not provide quote over the phone. I understand why as the quoted onsite price of $304 was well above other quotes of around $200. Looking for a reasonably priced and capable plumbing service - based on their reviews thought I had found one. Not to be.

"Hi [Member Name Removed], We do not allow office staff to provide estimates over the phone as they are not experienced Technicians. They can't properly diagnose an issue and they don't know plumbing code requirements when it comes to replacing items. We made you aware of this policy and the standard service charge before your appointment. You still wanted to proceed with the appointment, so we scheduled you. Even though you were not happy with the estimate that you were provided. We are a very reasonable priced plumbing company for our area. You said you had another estimate you wanted to show us for comparison. We gladly review official estimates from other plumbing companies and make reasonable adjustments when the work quoted is exactly the same. You showed us a text message of a price from an unknow person that was supposed to be a plumbing company. Unfortunately, we could not accept that as an official competitors estimate and could not make adjustments to your provided estimate."

Daniel came and found the problem and told me what it would cost and repaired the issue and on completion he discovered another leak that I was unaware of and fixed the problem. He was professional and polite and the work was performed quickly especially on a Sunday I was thankful that they came and took care of the issue. I’d recommend them and will use them in the future. I am happy to have used Freedom Plumbing. They had great reviews on Angie's List and I see why. James was punctual and professional on a SATURDAY!!! I had several questions and he answered all of them without hesitation. It is disheartening to have plumbing issues in your home because it can pretty much make your home unlivable. I had a plumber to come to my home several times and the problem was temporarily resolved but it was not fixed. The issue was not properly addressed because they did not know what the problem was. James had the right equipment to give certainty to what the resolution should be. It took him no time to fix it. To have my plumbing issue resolved is a weight off of my shoulders. I can finally get my house back in order. Thanks Freedom Plumbing.

This was an emergency call for the weekend since we had no water (thank you City of Columbia). They offered to come Friday night but we opted for Saturday. J.C. arrived about 10 minutes early and after we explained what happened he started digging to find the leak. Once he found it he explained the issue and cost of the repair. This included emergency call, finding the leak, going to get parts and the repair. Very reasonable. I spoke to James (the owner) on Friday evening and he was really nice and understanding. The customer service is awesome, from lady that answered the phone to James and J.C.! I would recommend this company and use them again.

OK, it was done well. Forgot to adjust the spud of the bathub. Another plumber who came for another job did it in 5 minutes and did not charge me.

The two Freedom Plumbing plumbers that came to do the job were phenomenal and a great choice for our project. They were very professional and quite polite. I must thank them immensely. This was an all day project from 9-5 for this installation that turned out to be a bigger job because the vent size needed to be increased from the garage, through the attic and up to the roof, on a very hot day. In addition, they were able to remove the protective rail to complete the job and then return it upon completion when some of the other plumbing companies didn’t want to deal with it at all. I was looking for a better warranty than the 6 yrs. offered by the manufacturer. When the manufacturer and the supplier were not willing to offer one, Freedom Plumber said they would offer the additional 4 years to bring it up to 10 years. This was to be written on the receipt but was left off by accident, I’ll have to look into this again. They were a bit higher in price than some of the other companies estimates but well worth it. My big bathtub now has all the hot water I need to bathe in or to clean it.

I was notified by my tenant of water leaking from the hot water heater at 3:00 PM and by 5:30 PM the plumber had already been out to the property and made the repair. Prices very reasonable and no trouble at all working with me from another state; I especially appreciate the military discount, thank you!

Great. Within 2 hours of my call the service tech arrived. He was pleasant and gave me options on resolving the problem. I decided to go with s new faucet head and piping as the original was at least 50 years old. I'm pleased with the service and recommend this company.

I am very pleased with Freedom Plumbing! They evaluated the leakage problem immediately and gave me an estimate to have it fixed, and also replaced a toilet valve at a fraction of the cost I expected. They returned my call promptly and came out on time. I will definitely call them again for future projects.

Very, very well. Ronnie removed all the doors and shelves hindering his access (I had cleared out the closet behind the tub), cut a square of the drywall out, and proceeded to change out the old plumbing. He put in shut-off valves even though I forgot to ask about getting those installed! It took about 3 1/2 hours, but it went very quickly. Ronnie put back all the shelves and doors when he was done, vacuumed out the closet, left the bathroom looking better than when he arrived! ;) I've used Freedom Plumbing before, and I will use them again. They are very responsive to the level of urgency, and they know how to do plumbing.

The professional not only rebuilt my toilet tank but replaced the tube that connects from the toilet to the wall with a metal one. Very pleased A one year warranty on all work done.
