"This company sent an estimator to evaluate my problem with water in my crawl space seeping in through the ground.  The rep was on time and very professional and honest.  He told me that my issue was due to poor grading on my property and gutter/downspout issues.  He said that he could offer me his services, but my real problem was that water was not being moved or kept way from my foundation properly.  He recommended that I get my gutters, downspouts, and underground plumbing from my downspouts inspected and repaired first.  Anything he could offer to sell me would just be a band-aid to the real problem in my case.  It was good to hear this honesty from a company.
Fast forward a month, a few days ago, I went out with an umbrella during a downpour and noticed that all but one of my gutters was overflowing, and all but one of my downspouts were spilling water all over my foundation due to blocked or crushed underground drain plumbing.  There was standing water on three sides of my house.....not good.  It made me realize the guy from Falcone was 100% right and it prompted me to write this review.
I now have companies that specialize in grading, and gutters/downspout drainage coming to fix the real problem.
Thank you Falcone for being honest and not trying to sell me something I didn't need.....the mark of a great company.  The rep did quote me a de-humidification system for my crawl space just in case I still have an issue in the future.  I will definitely use them if I need it.
