"I have no words except absolutely amazing. I would do anything to get the word out about this moving company! We have moved many times and the experience has never been good (damage being done to our property) but not with Reign. Their team not only cares about its customers but they take their time in moving right so that no damage occurs. We used Reign in Jan 2023 - it was the best moving experience I've ever had. No followup on my end was needed at all. From the start, they were honest about pricing and never over charged like many moving companies. They checked in with us confirming our move multiple times before the move date. They arrived on time. They packed up everything carefully amd quickly! They delivered our furniture same day, unloaded the truth and went above/beyond to ensure all was done right! 10 months later, (this month/Oct) we found out that we had to move again. It was a tough situation for us and once again, Reign came through for us! We did much of the moving ourselves but found that we couldn't move our heavy beds. We called Reign at the last minute and they came to our rescue! I was in tears because we didn't know how we were going to move these beds and in 1 hour, Reign took care of it for us. I have no words to express how thankful we are for Reign. There are not many companies put there today who genuinely care about people - Reign does. "Met with Antoine for preview and estimate. He told us how much time and $$ he thought it would take. We received paperwork from their office to sign and review. We were going to do our own packing, so we asked if they could deliver boxes well in advance so we could take our time packing. Boxes were supposed to be delivered on a Monday, but no one showed up. After 2 or three days I tried to call the numbers on the Pick up and Go folder he gave us, and got no answer, not even a machine to leave a message, for any of the numbers we had been given. Finally Antione called a day or two later and said they were moving their business during the time I had been trying to reach them, and that's why they were out of reach. Seems like they should have a forwarding service or something in place during that time for people to reach them!! Antione apologized for that as well as not delivering the boxes, so a full week later after he said he would, he dropped boxes off so we could begin packing. After those two hiccups, the move went well - they were there on time, the movers were pleasant and careful. I think the move took longer than they had estimated, but not by too much. Overall, it was a good, but not exceptional experience.

"Absolutely wonderful! Much care was taken. My furniture was wrapped with padding and arrived at the storage unit without one scratch! Customer service was very professional and friendly! I have to add that my furniture was VERY heavy and awkward to move out of my home. They thought out the process they would use prior to actually moving it so there was no getting stuck in a doorway or not having room to maneuver. I have additional furniture that will have to be moved and I will most definitely be using their services again!"
