The install consisted of gutting the bathroom, installing new tub/shower, new fixtures, new vanity, plumbing, marble 4x12 floors in a Chevron pattern, crown/base molding, and a frameless shower door. I had received several quotes on the bathroom and Mike was the best option (He also wasn't one of those painful sales presentations). He allowed us to purchase our own parts (if you have a wife you understand how important this is). Walked to outdoor unit, spent less than 5 minutes looking at unit then told my wife it would be $1200 to repair a "broken" fan motor. I called someone else for a second opinion. It was a loose wire and a stuck contactor! There competition came out and fixed for $60!! Seems like the "Davis Difference" between other companies is to replace parts that are fine and overcharge people for them, but don't know how to do basics like CHECK TO SEE IF BREAKER IS ON"
