These guys showed up at the promised time with no window. The completed in the estimated time. When I requested a quote they were there within 2 hours. Work was excellent and clean up met all expectations. I will use them again and recommend them.

Ebenezer Tree Service contacted me promptly. The came out when the said they would. They did an excellent job trimming all of the Pecan trees I had and removing tow dead trees. They ground everything on site and cleaned the yard of all of the branches and twigs. The entire process was professional and I would highly recommend them.

I hired Elmer and his crew to remove a large, dead oak tree and to grind the stump at my mother's home. They showed up and provided an estimate in a timely fashion and once awarded the contract they came the next day to do the work. My mother was extremely pleased with the efficiency and quality of their work. They arrived with the equipment and crew needed to complete the job. Once the tree and stump were down, they cleaned the entire area of debris, limbs and leaves. They hauled off everything. The only reason I gave them a 4.5 on customer service was that they did not call us back to schedule the removal when they said they would. My mother had to call them. No big deal. We will definitely hire them again should we have other trees that need removal.

More than a tree service, these guys are tree ENGINEERS! After loosing two stately HUGE oaks they removed damage from barn roof, and cut and removed the massive trunk and limbs in a way that we were left amazed by their skill. Our neighbor enlisted their services during the day they were here, and is also in awe of the work they did. Reasonable quotes, and just great to work with..I watched all day with fascination. Honest, exceptionally pleasant and just plain great! We will have them come back at a later time to address some trim work! We are extremely thankful!

Did a great job getting rid of some dangerous fallen trees that were held up by and threatening damage to other trees. Made quick work of the trees and then cleared out a ton of vines, underbrush and overgrowth to make the area much more usable for us in the future. Only issue was a little sloppiness on the clean up--a couple larger branches fell out of the truck as they were leaving the property and we recently noticed after the rest of the leaves fell that there are some branches that remain stuck up in other trees. Otherwise very happy with the work they did.

They give you a good price and time frame to complete the project. They do great work and clean up well. Nice guys to deal with who keep their word and do what they tell they will do. I will use them again probably in 6 months to complete some more tree removal.

Ebenezer tree service was amazing to work with. They came out the day I inquired and gave me a quote that was in my price range. The day of my tree removal they arrived on time and worked as a team to get the job done all while making sure there wasnâ t a mess left behind. They had great attitudes and went above and beyond my expectations. Would definitely recommend.

They took down an 80-foot oak that was near the end of its lifespan on our property, and the price they charged was less than half of the other estimate. It was a big, dangerous job, and we are grateful to have the tree down. They also trashed our fence, some of our terracing, and a bench that was near the tree, and left pieces of fence, as well as some stray tree logs, scattered all over the area. They had warned me that they would need to remove two fence panels and might not be able to put them back since the fence was old. That was fine with me, since the fence was in bad condition and my husband and I had been planning to replace some of the panels anyway. What I did not expect was for them to tear apart four sections of the fence, knock down the fence posts, and leave wood with screws and nails in it all over the place. They did pile a few of the fence boards by the curb and tell me the city would pick them up if I called and asked. Well, I called and asked, and no, the city does not pick up that kind of thing. So, they were prompt and polite, and they did get the tree down, which was a big job. But I was not anticipating the level of property damage or the mess.
