"First off let me start by saying the gentleman I spoke to was kind and helpful. But when I needed to reschedule I had to call 6 times. Their website says they close at 5 pm. Angie's List says 6 pm. The lady said she'd call me back to confirm the next available date, I never got back to her due to not being available and she sent the ladies anyways. When the ladies did show up to do the laundry they folded it messily. We showed them exactly how to fold our laundry and even had to help them fold it and they still didn't do it correctly. They left a pile of shirts for my brother in law to fold because they couldn't do it right. Overall Dissatisfied."

They are pleasant individuals who make a dynamic duo with their skillset, experience, knowledge, and expertise. He listens well, makes sound suggestions, and is amenable to design/build changes. His skillset has been honed through the years by sheer practical participation and encountering events in his trade.
