I always strive to do my personal best whether I'm working for a company or myself. If, for whatever reason, I'm not able to do a particular task, I will put you in touch with someone who can. No individual is perfect (in life or work) and life is too short to look back at what went wrong. Just keep looking forward. I practice this mantra in my life and at work.
