"My chest freezer broke down and I did not want to buy a new one since I could not afford the same size. I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."

Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. "You should probably add 4-6 weeks to the expected delivery date if you expect to need the "enclosed" hardware. I received the blinds in the estimated time, but it came without the required hardware. I have made 4 calls (at least) over several weeks, but the hardware is nowhere in site. It is clear that SelectBlinds.com is a marketing company only has outsourced all production and fulfillment to third parties and evidently has a difficult time coordinating these type of customer service issue. Extremely frustrating that my blinds have been sitting in the floor for over a month and all I need is a few screws. Happy to go to Home Depot to get the screws, but SelectBlinds can't even tell me what sizes I need."

To date, I have not received any service, nor does Power Solutions return my calls or my emails. I am truly surprised by this as I always received excellent service from them in the past. Regarding the next question on this form, money was paid but no services were performed. Regarding the question of would I hire them again, unless someone can explain what is happening, I probably would not hire them again."

"They put Freon in my unit without using scales and just guessed at how much they gave me. Then charged me for 3lbs! Keep in mind the unit was cooling like it always did! The inside hvac just needed cleaning! When they left the unit started short cycling and wouldn’t cool! I called Doug and he came out and said it was my thermostat and it was just a coincidence that it failed right after they left! He didn’t even offer to install a new thermostat at cost just in case it was their fault! I don’t believe it is the thermostat though! Snelgrove is a bad choice!"
