Asphalt Shingle Roofing Installation and Replacement
Their work was excellent. They removed all the old roofing down to the plywood. They put all new roofing, ridge vent, and a new cricket around my chimney. They finished this all in one day.

They stayed with it with very little breaks and completed it in one day. They took a picture and showed me an issue I had with some rotting. They left some nails but they came back out to sweep it again. They were extremely honest & knowledgeable.

Alison, the coordinator managed to slip my roof job into their busy schedule ahead of time and stayed in touch. The roof crew was very professional and hard working. Kel was my rep from Roof Roof. He was very professional and detailed in explaining the quote. He also repaired two leaks to be sure no further damage would occur until they got the crew out. They got a crew out in less than a week and the job was done in one day. I was impressed in that Alison from the office kept me updated on the job, including photos when it was near completion. Start to finish the experience was fantastic, literally seamless.

The technician that came out to quote the job was very professional. The technicians evaluation was very informative. The work was done on time as scheduled. The only reason for not giving 5 stars was the lack of attention when I was following up to check on the status of the work. Also, it would be nice to have the warranty period noted on the billing statement. Other than that, I recommend this company.
