"Jerry reached out and contacted me right away, was able to schedule quickly. He called to remind when he was on the way. When Jerry was here, he checked out the carpet, he explained what he could do, then he got busy. It's cleaning. I was very pleased that he took the time to give extra attention to some stains we were having reoccur to make sure that he got them out. Jerry was very respectful of our home, the carpet looks great and when we need the cleaning again will be calling him."

"Carpet Wizard always does a great job on my carpets. I use them usually one time a year and I have never complained about anything. I think they have the best deals for the best services. They will move furniture if you would like, but, I prefer to have it out for them. I would not have any problems hiring them again, or keeping them around for a while. I do not see a need to go anywhere else; I have the good service right there."
