I liked them. It must have been a good price, but I don’t remember. They were very professional. They moved things out of the way. Then after they cleaned the carpets they put something underneath the furniture and told me to keep it there for 2 days; so that way mold wouldn’t develop. It was very simple, but an effective way to make it perfect. It took a couple of hours to do the work.

They did really good. They were very professional, punctual and did a good job. They did 5 bedrooms, a hallway and stairs. I thought it was a little bit high but it wasn't bad for all the rooms.

They do a good job. When they clean it and you tell them that it's not good enough, they go back. I shouldn't have to tell them to do it. They are easy to contact and they are dependable when they show up. What they charge is worth every penny. One was very professional and other one was like a new cat.

We really were not happy with him. There were just some places in the carpet in 2 of the rooms that they didn't get cleaned. I know it's not new carpet and I know sometimes carpet can't be cleaned. We thought that they could have done quite a bit better job. They seemed to know what they were doing and they have a very good reputation. We get all kinds of deals on carpet cleaning for $79 and $129. There are tons of carpet cleaners around. My wife didn't want one of those places. She likes either Ron's or Stanley Steemer so I called Stanley Steemer and there was no deal. It was expensive. They sure weren't here very long. They really kind of knocked it out. There were some places I thought they should have been able to get cleaned. Afterwards we discussed it. We would not use them again. If I'm going to have somebody do unsatisfactory job of cleaning my carpet, I'm not going to pay them $200. I'll pay somebody $79 for doing a poor job of cleaning my carpet. The guy told me they had a lot of places to do that day. He mentioned that they got 9 more places to go to. It just seemed like they had so much to do that they just weren't here very long. In 2 other rooms, there were some places where we thought they should have been able to do a better job.

Carpet was clean. I did not feel that the two men providing the service were concerned with my satisfaction. Luckily the carpets were clean and did not result in calling them to come back. However we used the same company a couple years ago and were more than satisfied with their work and professionalism.

Two guys that came were very professional.  Best job we have ever had done on cleaning our carpets. Answered question well, very polite.   Did good job on explaining procedure.  Will definitely use again.

Went very well, bought a rug. Got all my carpets very clean.

Did a GREAT job, were professional and would use them again.

Work was done thoroughly and neatly.  Workers were pleasant and helpful.  Two spots were removed more completely
than expected.

2 very professional gentlemen arrived at our home.  They immediately put on booties to make sure they didn't bring dirt in the house.  Viewed the area to be cleaned.  Steam cleaned whole downstairs carpet area and sectional couch.  Came up with recommendations to scotchguard sofa and also let us know there were pet stains (from the previous owner) that needed extra work.  The explained all options available along with pricing BEFORE anything was done.  They also scrubbed a small area in a bathroom that had a stain we couldn't get up!!!
