"The plumbers were very nice and didn't charge extra when he couldn't unstop toilet. We were told that we needed to replace the toilet. After talking with another plumber, we decided that minor changes would make it usable without the cost of replacing the entire toilet. It is old and slow but not unusable in a bathroom that gets only a little use. If we decide to replace it, we will call Ethical Plumbing back."

"Had to listen to sales pitch with both my husband and I present. Gave me quote of $12000 for replacing existing tub/shower with walk-in shower. I signed contract but used 3 day cancel clause to back out. Then someone else came to talk with us and gave us quote of $8000 for basically the same shower with a minor detail change. They were prompt and finished within one day. We had a minor issue with the mixer valve on faucet not being set correctly. They came out within a day or so and fixed it. Overall, we were pleased. I just think they should have a set price. I felt like we were taken advantage of by the initial salesman."
