"The install was fine, however one of the devices was defective and failed 3 months of use. The first customer service representative stated a replacement would be mailed out immediately. Did not happen. The next two reps stated that it had to come from a warehouse and could take up to two weeks to arrive. They were unapologetic and all gave conflicting information. I paid for a defective device and they had no way of expediting a replacement. We previously used ADT and never had these kinds of issues. I got drawn in by the slick tv ads but the customer service after the fact is very poor. Considering going back to ADT."

We are a full service Electrical, Media, Audio-Visual copany. Have been in business for 8 years. Our company is small in comparison to others. We have 3 full time employees. I feel this gives us the chance to better serve the customer with a more close and personal relationship. But don't let our size fool you, we can handle the bigger jobs as well as the small ones. We accept checks and cash payments only. Depending on the job size we may require a starting draw/down payment.

"Kevin took about 6 weeks on weekends to get the job done and did an excellent job on 90 percent of the job. Had a zone that was missed in the original quote(our fault) and a problem with one of the installed lights. Kevin came right out, took the faulty light out quoted the new zone and took an advance deposit for the equipment needed to do the new zone. After several texts promising to be here next weekend to finish, it had now been a month and he has gone silent. Asked him to come back and fix or give us the equipment he purchased to allow us to have someone else to do it. No response to calls or texts in the last 3 weeks. Sorry he did not finish the job. So close."
