From get go she was pleasant and seems knowledgeable. Got estimates from 3 electrical companies on Angie's List in December.  Ron Childers came to estimate my replacement panel and the grounding of the gas and cold water rods up to code. LED's bid was very reasonable and their warranty was for 3 years covering  labor and parts. One of the other company's price was the same; however, their warranty was for only 90 days.

Since I didn't have to work on Jan, 18, that date was chosen to complete the replacement . Gabe replaced my 1970s panel with a new GE panel - 100 amp - and updated the grounding work.  Job was completed in 5 hours. Very pleased with experience.

"Everything turned out fine. When it first arrived, it was damaged in the shipping. It took them quite a while to get something back to us, or even to call me back when I wrote to them. But then, once they got the ball rolling, it went very quickly. It took them probably about a month to even get back to me. The price was very good. Once somebody actually did speak with me, they were very responsive. They were pretty professional when I spoke to them. I just think that they were light on manpower."
