"had purchased this on a Deal. I moved my office to the in-law suite, and wanted something outside my norm - yet not too jarring. The decoraator is in Mass. We communicated via email, Pinterest., Houzz, their website and phone conference. I planned to reuse my light cherry office furniture, but needed to get rid of the white wall look. I sent photos of the room and a floor plan. I answered their online style questionaire and sent photo of the furnishing, my favorite Arts n Crafys desktop lamp and some of the art work I wanted to use. The result was a vibrant palate that is invigorating and joyful to work in. Using the colors from some paintings I collected in Africa15 years ago and my electric taste. the result was very bold. (Formerly my definition of bold was any color other than white or beige. The cair rail and lower walls are a terracotta with a rich deep gold on top. The remaining woodwork and doors are a dark slate gray with a satin finish. (Really - no white glossy woodwork.) I feel like I am in some exotic place when I work. I have met with other designers in the past. They ask your likes, then tell you what think regardless. Not so here, the process was interactive, two sided and balanced. The results are stunnung. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, even if no big deal is available. "

He also asked a manufacturer to mail us larger samples of two selections. Jon took a lot of time discussing the advantages and disadvantages of each carpet we considered. We were impressed by the courteous and personalble manner in which he helped us - he is not the hard-sell type. We made our selection and made an appointment for the installation about a week later. After the installation, upon seeing the carpet in the morning as opposed to the afternoon light, we noticed a couple of areas where the seams were noticeable. Carpet Smart responded quickly to our request to hide the seams. We appreciated their responsiveness and committment to guaranteeing a quality installation.
