"Jorge and his crew worked diligently, and expertly creating the patio exactly the way I wanted. They used pavers and it is a beautiful, almost free-form design, not your basic rectangle patio. The project took a little less than 3 days and I was totally shocked and amazed when on the 3rd day I got home and they were almost done. They did a great job cleaning up and were just so nice and friendly the whole time. I would recommend this company with my most sincere positive opinion."

"Clean Verde did an amazing job cleaning our siding, roof, shed, decking, windows, concrete patio and concrete sidewalk. I am amazed that the house, built in 1980, looks new! I am so pleased to have the roof shingles clean again and I am absolutely astounded by the intense, deep cleaning we now enjoy. Ed Gomez is professional, friendly, dependable, very well informed and intelligent. I can't imagine having found a better person to do this work for us. I did not expect the exceptional service and outcome. I highly recommend Clean Verde...well worth the investment!"

"This company did a great job on my bathroom remodel. The employees that were sent out were very knowledgeable polite and did great work. My project manager Rick always did a great job with having workers scheduled and on top of the plans for the remodel. I highly recommend Bradley Construction for your new project."

Patios questions, answered by experts

A screened-in porch can add value to your home, but it won’t count toward the total square footage at an appraisal or when it comes time to sell. A screened-in porch is not fully enclosed, usable year-round, insulated, or heated or cooled, so it doesn’t meet the requirements of livable square footage in most locations.

If you’re trying to decide between a sunroom and a screened-in porch, the right choice will depend on your priorities. A screened-in porch costs only a fraction of the price of a sunroom, but in exchange, it has much more limited use. A sunroom will add more value to your home, but at a much higher up-front cost and longer construction timeline.

Yes, it can be worth screening a porch if you live in an area with beautiful weather, since it allows you to enjoy your outdoor space longer in the spring and summer. The additional protected space may even attract more prospective buyers if you intend to sell—especially if you add seasonal features, like a ceiling fan for summer or a heater to winterize your screened porch.

A professional can design and construct sunrooms or patio enclosures that meet structural standards, optimize environmental conditions, and integrate seamlessly with existing architecture. This ensures the project enhances home value and provides long-term enjoyment.

Yes, but ensuring the deck has a solid foundation with adequate footings is critical before building, as the weight of a sunroom will put significant pressure on the structure below. Even if your deck is properly constructed, it may not be able to handle the extra weight. While some basic, lightweight, prefabricated sunrooms can sit on a deck with a strong existing foundation without additional supports, in many cases, the foundation and joists will need reinforcement. It is always best to have a structural engineer perform an inspection to evaluate the deck's quality and structural integrity. A professional can help you decide if reinforcement is sufficient or if it's better to tear down the deck and start over.
