But as to KE sealcoating, they came out when they said they would and have me a start date and did above what I had expected. Their price was exactly on budget. After holding our deposit for over two months the manager said-- "We cannot do anything more to compensate you." Apparently, it is being overnighted this evening. Sadly, my advice is to proceed with caution. I give 2-stars because they apparently still have the money to refund me, it could have been worse I suppose."
