"I, Christopher Wilson, took on this project without having a blue print to go by. I dropped my price from 20 to 16 thousand to try and help Mr. [Member Name Removed] out. I also took out 40 ton of dirt that was not part of my contract. I also rented a machine to move and level out the dirt where he wanted it, also not part of my contract, but to accommodate Mr. [Member Name Removed]. He and I also laid the building out exactly where he wanted it to go and upon him being satisfied he gave me half of my money. The contract we agreed upon was for me to to pour form and put in rebar for a 30 by 40 and to furnish the concrete. It took 20 yards for the pad at 5 to 6 inches thick and the footer took 10 yards which is a total of 30 yards. His contract also states the description of the job and dates. It also states that if anything change from original contract the price is subject to change due to any changes made by Mr. [Member Name Removed]. He was also made aware in the beginning of the ins and outs about concrete. Him and his wife looked at the work and was satisfied with the concrete. As far as the concrete truck Mr. [Member Name Removed] had only one way for the truck to get in. He gave his consent for the truck to come deliver on his driveway, he also moved his cars for the concrete truck to be able to turn around. There are three are more witnesses to him giving them the ok. My contract does not say anywhere to me putting in a French drain or digging out 40 ton of dirt nor does it say I would be responsible for his drive way if the concrete truck mess up his driveway, As far as I am concerned, his driveway could have already been that way. Mr. [Member Name Removed] was out there looking over everything every day, and upon his satisfaction, he paid the remainder of my money upon completion of the contract."
