Did not complete the job as requested. Took less than originally quoted to offset and then were going to come back to fix. Never came back or contacted me about scheduling a time. Also left a halogen lamp burning against wooden beam on house after done with work and it caught house on fire. Positive is that they did work to repair the wood damage.

We could not have asked for a better experience than we had with David and his crew. From the planning phase to the end of the project they were very professional. They respond quickly to any questions and are very helpful with planning the design and making all the decisions around the project. The crew cleaned up quickly after the end of our project - you wouldn't even know anyone had been at our house. Our pool deck is beautiful and we are very pleased.

I had to tell the man that came we would have to wait for the HOA approval. He said that was okay and I help with any of their questions or concerns. He also gave very good design options.

CDA Construction removed our old homemade pea gravel walkway and installed a lovely new concrete paver walkway in its place. The entire crew was hardworking, skilled, attentive to detail and respectful of our property. Our new walkway is very pretty and much more functional for our needs.

The project was landscaping our huge back yard into the woods and making a huge patio.David and his crew went above and beyond to complete this project in one day! My husband and I have the highest regards for his work! We are totally happy with him and the crew.He is remarkably with his knowledge and work! My husband and I hired CDA Performance Construction LLC to add an addition to our patio as well as construct a walkway attached to our driveway and going to our backyard. We were promptly contact by David A. and scheduled to have our job assessed. The price we were quoted was reasonable as well as the timeframe for doing the job. We are extremely pleased with the work that was performed in a timely and professional manner. We would definitely recommend them and plan on using them again for a future project.

David and his crew completely removed a patio that was improperly built by a different contractor. I could not have been more pleased with the new patio built by CDA Performance Construction or the quality of the work ethic demonstrated by his crew. As others have mentioned, their attention to detail was incredible and it was very obvious that they went to great lengths to assure that the job was done to the best of their ability. David is very honest, straightforward, and trustworthy; he did exactly what he said he was going to do. In the near future, he will rebuild a walkway and finish rock paths. I would have CDA Performance Construction complete any job needed at my home and would not consider any other company after seeing the quality work that was done on the patio.

David was super easy to work with. Came out to conduct an estimate within 24 hours of initial contact. Gave him my own specs and designs to which he provided a few suggestions to make it work. Gave an on-site quote which was fair and comparable to average market rates. Provided a reasonable window for completion and were on time promptly. Crew and staff were very easy to work with and were respectful to our property. Patio turned out beautiful! Will definitely use CDA for additional future projects and masonry work!

Not many companies live up to the hype but these guys came in and showed that they are still companies out here about their business!

I have high standards and hired David because he does too. He promised quality work, qualified and curious workers, and a good price in a reasonable timeframe - He did all that and more. The two paver patios and walk ways, with a border and tumble stone edging turned out better than expected. Would highly recommend him.

David was exceptionally professional and provided expert, objective recommendations on our stone wall project. He provided a reasonable timeline, and those expectations were fully met.
