"How wonderful it was to find this company. Where I live people have little to no work ethic or pride in craftsmanship. Jordan was on time and worked by himself he was very good at what he does and the first antenna he put up did not work very well, so he run a test on it and found it it had a bad circuit board so he replaced it. He set up the TV's and all is good. We have a Grand-Daughter with special need and asked him to take sever precautions as to protect her health and he was very kind and understanding. I could not have asked for any better service and I felt the price was very fair for me. I had expected to pay a little more. I have their phone number and they are on our CALL LIST. "Premier Sound Satellite & Security, LLC, responded quickly and positively to our request for a quote and installation of 4 security cameras around the exterior perimeter of our home. We were not pressured into using them to monitor the security cameras, although that was offered. The technicians who arrived did a very quick and professional installation of the 4 cameras. They did a much better job than the large security company who installed our first security system. We would definitely seek services from Premier Sound Satellite & Security again."

"They gave us the best rate and the setup was great for ADT system. The installer did have to tell us about other options that would cost more money but he did not pressure us when we declined. We had door, window and motion detectors included. They gave us a week to practice on the new system, but we could call if we were ready to go live sooner which we did. Set up was quick, easy and uneventful. Very nice installer, Phillip Brown. The cost was quoted at a low price, but the bill came from ADT and was much higher. We were told the contract to ADT did not catch up and we will be getting the lower price with a reimbursement for the excess of the first bill. We did the $99 install and are getting a $100 gift card back. 3 year contract is a little annoying but we plan to stay here for a long time."
