"They installed drywall and laminate flooring. After Mike Flaker secured all the money from my insurance for putting in the flooring and drywall, this is what my family was left with. He never came back to finish the job nor returned any calls from my insurance or myself. UPDATE: Mr. Flaker contacted me and came back to install the missing quarter round, and nail/caulk the quarter round that he initially put in. I just wish that he would have completed the work properly when he initially came to do the work and not after this review was put on Angies List."
