"He listen to all of my concerns, fears, wishes. He was professional. And he was patient no sales pressure to make the deal. I feel confident in the success of this project."
"Chester was great to work with, very helpful keeping me on budget and on schedule. He used vendors I had used before so I knew quality of their products. I knew what I liked so that moved fairly quickly. Had to have functional bathroom for Christmas so he made sure that happened. They used drop clothes through the house during whole process. We had a couple of hang ups . The size tile on the walls was as large as the floor tiles. The bathroom is narrow . In places tile was not as flat as I would have liked, because of the size when they are baked they have cupping. A smaller tile wouldn't have done that. Larger format looks great. The other was where electrician installed fixtures over the sinks too low for glass trim and mirrors chosen. Decided I didn't want lights any higher so mirror change was answer which Chester did on New Years day. As a widow it was comfortable having Chester do all the scheduling ,discuss process, and answer my numerous questions. I do have a have questions about New Hanover 's shortage of inspectors! "
"It was a good experience. I had originally expected to cover the existing tile with textured paint, but Charles discovered that some of the tile was not attached and recommended replacement. I agreed, and the project began. The crew covered everything that they couldn't move, moved the rest, removed the tiles and painted the ceiling, cleaned up, and put everything back. A pleasant experience, start to finish. And the room looks much better."
While towers and turrets are frequently present in Queen Anne-style houses, these design elements are not necessary for a home to be considered a Queen Anne. Turrets and towers add visual interest and unique interior spaces, but many Queen Anne homes do not contain these features.

Palm Springs homes and similar mid-century modern architecture took off in Northern California, Seattle, and the Midwest. You'll also find many homes that emulate the style in northeastern states, such as throughout Pennsylvania and New York State. That being said, you'll have the best luck finding this style in its original home: Palm Springs and the surrounding area.
The primary reason homes have crawl spaces is so the foundation can reach down below the frost line to avoid dangerous soil movement and structural damage when the ground freezes. They’re more popular in colder climates where the ground freezes down to a few feet, and slabs are most popular in warmer areas where there is no frost line. Crawl spaces also provide a space for utility lines to run where they’re at less of a risk of freezing.
The process involves initial consultation, concept development, detailed planning, regulatory approvals, and integration of contractor work for project execution.
