When the salesperson Mauro saw the pictures even he acknowledged this work was unacceptable and promised to find a contractor that could repair the damage. After hearing nothing back for some time, he told us that everyone was too busy and they would only be able to repair the poor work (in his own words!) for an extra fee. I would not recommend them unless you enjoy empty promises, extra fees, and poor workmanship."
