"Nikolai and Kevin with Gavin have all worked on our home in the Hemingway area of Georgetown County. We have had the panels inside/outside replaced, an outlet replaced, range and microwave rewired, a home and AC surge protector installed, re-routing of outlets to separate circuits that were constantly being overloaded, they are coming out again this coming Thursday of June 2026 and we still have more in the future as we save our funds in preparation. All the electricians have been professional, polite and thorough. I had some detailed questions at one point since we are having so much done to our house and new garage and they have answered them without fail. I would not have anyone else do the work. "The sales process was great. They offered a great product at a good price. For everything they offered, they had the best price in the area. Installation took several days, but they did a lot of work. System works very well now that everything is complete. They have had to come back out twice since the installation, but their response time was reasonable. The second tech who came out was VERY knowledgeable, and quickly identified and repaired the problem. Office staff is great to deal with. Two negatives. Part of the installation was an attic tent. The one they installed was used briefly. It looked okay, so I did not press the issue. They also caused damage to two areas, only one of which I asked them to repair. I felt like they were dragging their feet on the repair as it took them a month and me making many calls to get the work done. One of their workers had put his foot through my ceiling. All-in-all, I would recommend them."
