We feel that this is what puts us ahead of the rest. Our estimates will be very detailed so that you will know what is included. This can help you compare our pricing with other estimates. This also can help you add, eliminate, downgrade or upgrade items to fit it into your budget or vision. We usually ask for a deposit of 20-30%, before work is started, that will cover materials to start the project. Your will be asked for percentages throughout the project as work is completed. Each job is unique.We can offer payment either directly by check or through PayPal. There will be a 3% charge added for the use of PayPal.
