"Better than expected! The telephone was answered promptly and courteously and an appointment time convenient for me was set up. The technician, John, actually arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule, introduced himself and promptly got to work on the door. He was obviously very knowledgeable and extremely informative as he went about his work. On top of that, he was very personable and polite. In approximately 30 minutes, John was done and on his way. "Excellent work. Replaced storm door on the same day the job was requested. Very competent and made sure everything met my satisfaction. A sl8ght problem with the lower door seal came up the next morning. Called them and Jarad said they fully guaranteed their work and they would be out on Monday (called on Saturday morning)morning to correct the problem. Had some problems with the credit care payment going through the processor, but Jarad was extremely patient and cooperative in fixing the problem. Overall, I highly recommend C&S Construction & Handyman Services for any jobs you have."
