Our business offers everything from New construction to renovations of residential and small commercial projects. Our building license covers residential and up to $350,000.00 for commercial projects.We are fully bonded and insured. We have over 20 years experience and have a clean record with no legal filings. We have a crew that is instructed to respect the residences that we work for by controlling language, noise, and level of cleanliness. It is our goal to create your vision for your home and go beyond your expectations. We follow all codes strictly and will take the extra measures to ensure proper weathering, insulation, and longevity of the structures we build. We subcontract very little. We believe that we can better guarantee our finished product by being involved in as much of the project as possible. The Builder and owner will not only consult and plan your project, but he will be on every worksite doing and leading the work along side his employees. We feel that this is what puts us ahead of the rest. Our estimates will be very detailed so that you will know what is included. This can help you compare our pricing with other estimates. This also can help you add, eliminate, downgrade or upgrade items to fit it into your budget or vision. We usually ask for a deposit of 20-30%, before work is started, that will cover materials to start the project. Your will be asked for percentages throughout the project as work is completed. Each job is unique.We can offer payment either directly by check or through PayPal. There will be a 3% charge added for the use of PayPal.
