"Did a good job fixing a major problem in sewer line that was causing backups in toilet, sink and disposal. No issues with quality of work. However, like other reviewers I did have issues with their timing. They were much later getting to my house than originally promised. Also, when I went to pay with check they said they preferred debit or credit. Then they charged me the transaction fee on top of the $675 it costs for the job. This drives me crazy! You don’t want a check, but you dare to charge me a fee for using a debit card?? That’s your cost of doing business! They said they would have the office refund the fee, but so far nothing. Very frustrating!"

"I am just blown away. Micheal came to assess our issues and from the very beginning, he was wonderful. I had a bad experience with a rude plumber from another company the day before and was almost scared to call. He immediately put me at ease, looking through our list of possible problems and tackling our most urgent (backed up kitchen sink, garbage disposal, and a toilet) so that we could use them again. He even showed me how to set up a homemade fruit fly concoction to battle the gnats that had been breeding in the old disposal! He was very clear on pricing of each element so I could pick and choose what to do first. He did the best he could to save us money.
