We can’t say enough about the OUTSTANDING experience we had with CPP. We installed a whole house filtration system. Daryl came out and provided an overview and a couple of systems they recommended. We ordered the system and it was shipped directly to our home. Dawn scheduled Daryl for two appointments as one filter had to soak for 48 hours. Daryl arrived on time both days and did what he needed to do. Dawn also scheduled the inspector with Union county and they showed up when expected. If you want a professional and turn key experience CPP is the one you want. They are our plumber for life!

Perfect. Daryl was on time, actually early. Pleasure to deal with and cost was very reasonable. Was out to our house less than 24 hours after we contacted. would highly recommend for any plumbing needs and is now our plumber of choice.

All good. Cleared the line and got the hot water to work. I had replaced the faucet and the line clogged after trying to clear it in the installation process. The water in my county has additives that degrade the gaskets in plumbing and the pieces break off and block the small lines. Took forty-five minutes to fix. They set a specific time and were on time with same day service. Very knowledgeable, professional and nice.

They came out immediately to shut off the water. Once we determined the changes we wanted to make, they came out again and adjusted their fee to compensate for not having to do much on the first visit. Fair, prompt, friendly...it does not get much better than that!

It was a Saturday afternoon. Our cartridge had gone bad and I was unable to turn off water other than at the main valve for the entire house. He was there and gone in one hour. Fixed completely.

He snaked the line and cleared the clog. Total time was about a little over an hour, since he removed the toilet to fix the seal. Great work and very good at explaining the problem. I would hire him again.

Reliable, honest, doesn't pick and choose jobs like some other guys. Arrives on time, cleans up after himself and explains everything so you can understand. Doesn't try to upsell or do unnecessary work. Will use again and again!!!

Perfect!!! After being referred to others I chose Carolina Pines based on AL reviews. Could not be more pleased. From Dawn and her help understanding and scheduling to Daryl coming so quickly and finding the solution so quickly. Saved me so much $$. Will def call again if I need any plumbing help.

Excellent. Daryl installed toilet and did an excellent job. Has done some work for me in past and am very pleased with his work. Knows plumbing of older homes. Will definitely use him for future plumbing needs. Highly recommend him.

We are very hesitant to ever call for repairs because we fear more damage from the repairs. THANK YOU for being one of the few people who did what they promised, when they promised they would do it! Excellent Service! Very timely and really the neatest repair service I have ever had in my home. Daryl did a wonderful job explaining exactly what the problem was.
