They arrived within an hour(that was due to the distance they had to travel to my house). The man was very polite. It started to down pour just as he arrived but he worked in the weather conditions. Explained the problem in terms I could understand. Bought the part and it was fixed promptly. I will recommend to friends for any of their Well needs.

My home is 5 years old and since day one if I put the outdoor spigot on, I never got water in the house. Hinson came and redid the pipework from the well pump to the house. This rectified the problem and my water pressure has never been so good. If you call anyone else, just throw your money away !

They were prompt, polite, honest, and knowledgeable. We thought this was a simple parts replacement but it turned out to be more complex. Since I had a large water filtration system tied into my well pump I decided to use the original contractor to make repairs as some parts were covered under warranty.

Tech did a gyrations job, needed better knowledge about pressure tank, said it did not hold water and did not need to be insulated. But for the price he did a great job.
