"I called this week to setup an appointment and we setup a mutually agreeable time on Thursday. They showed up a little early. I had previously gotten the car detailed but it was a sub-standard job - the wax marks showed, there were still dark marks, streaks, and so on. It looked awful. Melvin assured me that the vehicle could be improved with proper detailing. They removed the previous wax job and did clay bar, waxing, polishing and headlight restoration. All exterior plastic pieces were also restored. The vehicle is white and it came out looking fantastic. The tires were dressed. The exterior looks really great! I am more than pleased with their service; they were professional, efficient, and knowledgeable about the oxidation of the surface. I will plan on using them again when the time comes!
