"We just completed a major kitchen remodel managed by Claudio Pacheco and are quite happy with the final result. We largely knew what we wanted, but also depended on Claudio’s knowledge and input. And it made a big difference. Claudio is cool, calm, and collected, and this was valuable, as during the work problems did arise. Now these issues were related to the old construction of our house, and were discovered in the course of the work (i.e., faulty wiring, out-of-date plumbing and ventilation, uneven foundation). Carpenter arrived on time. Worked continuously for about 10-12 hrs replacing front external steps. Board cuts created tight 45 degree picture-frame fittings. The overall work was very well done. Painting was not included. If I need add'l or new work, I will call this firm and definitely recommend them."
