The installation went fine; they cleaned up after themselves and were polite. The issue arose in May of this year when i discovered one of the posts went thru my irrigation line. Due to the unseasonably cold and chilly weather, I have not needed to run my sprinklers till now. I immediately reached out to the company for support to repair the clearly busted line by the post. I was brushed off.... and have not heard back in a week. So ok good to know the integrity of the company. Yes, they were good to work with, till a problem arose."

First and most important, when I agree on a contract with a customer, the job is discussed in detail with each other and the price is set to be fair. No surprises at the end of the construction job with big costs to the customer. I will do either a lump-sum contract with allowances or cost-plus contract. I am very easy to work with. We treat our customers like we would want to be treated. My job is to make sure your home is the way that you want it to be with the highest of quality. During construction, I will work with you on a daily basis to make sure that you are happy with the end result. After construction, I will be there for you if you need me. You can use pressure-treated wood for a horizontal fence, but you’ll need to purchase a thicker and higher-quality variety to ensure it doesn’t sag or warp after you install it. Use #2 pine grade lumber and boards and thicker dimensional lumber, such as a two-by-six. You’ll also need to use stainless steel or hot-dipped galvanized fasteners, as the chemicals in the treated lumber will cause regular galvanized fasteners to rust.
