"The Field Inspector identified my problem, explained it so I could easily understand, and repaired it swiftly. He checked on the jacks I previously had installed by Mount Valley Foundation Services and confirmed they were still working as intended. He provided me with a follow-up email report that included pictures of the problem and of my jacks, a detailed estimate that identified ways to prevent this from happening in the future, plus offered a reasonable upgrade option. "After talking with several plumbers, I decided to use Southeast Plumbing and Gas. Brian answered all of my questions and quoted me a very competitive price. Brian installed a new dishwasher, put in a new tankless water heater (plus ran new electrical for the unit) and some other smaller fixes. He was professional, courteous, and did the work for what he quoted. He also tackled some additional plumbing issues that cropped up while he was doing everything else. He was at our house for over 12 hrs fixing everything and making sure everything was working properly before he left. I would definitely recommend SE Plumbing and Gas and would use them again."
